About Peter Fedoretz
Peter Fedoretz is an associate at Spectrum Family Law who brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to his practice. He is committed to providing practical legal guidance that is clear, strategic, and individual to each client’s circumstances.
Peter graduated with honours from the University of Southampton in the UK before returning to Canada and completing the NCA exams. He articled at a boutique family law firm in Calgary, where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of family law and divorce. Peter moved back to Edmonton and joined Spectrum Family Law to continue developing his family law practice.
Peter has focused exclusively on family law matters including parenting, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce. He is dedicated to advocating for clients and strives to achieve fair, efficient, and long-lasting outcomes for his clients, whether through different forms of alternative dispute resolution, or through litigation.
Outside of practice, Peter enjoys skiing, hiking, the gym, and traveling.

Outcome: Peter successfully represented his client against allegations of child abduction and successfully brought a cross-application allowing the relocation of the child from Saskatchewan to Alberta.
